THE EFFECT OF THE GERMAN LANGUAGE PERCEPTION, LEARNING INTEREST AND LANDESKUNDE KNOWLEDGE TOWARDS THE GERMAN LANGUAGE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE XI OF SMA NEGERI 3 BANTUL

Abstract


This research aimed to investigate the effect of perception of german language, interest in learning and Landeskunde knowledge on student achivement of German language subject in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Bantul. The study was ex post facto. The population in this study are students of class XI SMA Negeri 3 Bantul. The sample was estabilished using the random sampling technique. The result of the research showed that the regressionline is Ŷ = 12,579 + 0,293 X1 + 0,573 X2 + 0,491 X3. From result of the calculation, there is positive effect perception about German language to student achivement of German language subject (10,9%), there is positive effect interest in learning to student achivement of German language subject (29,8%), there is positive effect Landeskunde knowledge to student achivement of German language subject (11,2%) and there is positive effect perception about German language, interest in learning and Landeskunde knowledge to student achivement of German language subject in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Bantul (51,9%).
