POLYMORPHEMICAL ADJECTIVES IN A SHORT STORY WRITTEN IN DJAKA LODANG MAGAZINE PUBLISHED 2015

Abstract


This research was aimed to describe the adjective polymorphism in short story of 2015 weekly edition of Djaka Lodang, especially chapter form, formation, and type of word. This was descriptive based research. The data was collected using reading techniques and writing techniques. Data were analysed by descriptive technique method. The data were also validated using validity of tringualation theory, intrarater validity, and interrater validity. Furthermore, the realibility used was the reability of stability. The result of this research were the adjective forms of polymorphism found were the invented words, re-word, compound words, and adjectives of the combination polymorphism. The formation of the adjective polymorphism explains the formation of a polymorphism adjective in the form of a polymorphism adjective invoked with affixes, words, compound words, and adjective combinations of polymorphism. The types of adjectives found in polymorphism are distinguished into five types of shape, types of sizes, types of colors, types of flavors, and adjectives of the mental types polymorphism.
