STUDENT ATTENDANCE REPORTING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT BASED SMS GATEWAY FOR CONTROL OF PARENTS IN SMK N 4 KLATEN

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) design and build reporting applications based attendance SMS Gateway for supervision of parents of students in SMK N 4 Klaten, (2) provide knowledge about the level of quality applications that are used to teachers of SMK N 4 klaten according to the standard ISO 25010 of the functional aspects of suitability, peformance efficiency, usability, maintainability, and compatibility. The method used is the development of research methods RnD (Research and Development). The development model used in this study is a V-Model consists of the development phase and the testing phase. Stage of development: (1) requirements, (2) specification, (3) design, (4) implementation. The testing phase (5) unit testing, (6) integration testing, (7) system testing, (8) acceptance testing. The results of this study are: (1) resulted in a system of reporting student attendance-based SMS Gateway and (2) the feasibility of the system pelaporana student absences from the aspect of functional suitability of 100% categorized as very feasible, peformance efficiency 82 with grade B, compatibility of 100% categorized as very feasible, maintainability of 100% categorized as very feasible and usability with a cronbach alpha coefficient of 0.885 with the categories "Good". From the results of the feasibility level indicates that the student attendance reporting system is feasible for use.
