DEVELOPMENT OF DICTIONARY BASIC COMMANDS AND VIRTUALIZATION OF LINUX

Abstract


The purpose of this research (1) to develop dictionary basic commands and virtualization of Linux / Debian for TKJ students at SMK 2 Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, (2) to know the dictionary basic commands quality and virtualization of Linux / Debian based on aspect of ISO 9126. The research method is Research and Development (R & D) with waterfall development model through the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of the validation of the instrument using alpha and beta testing are included in the category feasible. System analysis includes usability, functionality, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability. Testing usability shows the percentage of respondents approval 82.2% (feasible). The functionality test gets a value of 1 (feasible) and meets the security standard because there is no gap in SQL Injection and Cross-site Scripting (XSS). The efficiency test earned grade A and an average response time of 2.9 seconds from the YSlow and Page Speed standards. Testing reliability shows a value of 1 which means reliable. Tests maintainability shows MI 92.58 which means high. Portability testing shows the system can run on five different web browsers.
