EVALUATION OF FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE FEASIBILITY IN DEPARTEMENT OF MULTIMEDIA SKILL PROGRAM LABORATORY AT VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN SLEMAN REGENCY

Abstract


The study aims to: (1) assess the feasibility of practical facilities of Multimedia Skills Program at Vocational High School in Sleman Regency; (2) Determine the infrastructure feasibility of Multimedia Skills Program at Vocational High School in Sleman Regency. This research is descriptive evaluation with Discrepancy evaluation model. The approach used is quantitative. The objects on this study is the practicum infrastructure in Multimedia Skills Program at Vocational High School in Sleman Regency. The subjects on this study were teachers who teach practice skills program, and instructors, and the head person of lab space in each school. Data collection techniques used in this study is documentation, observation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the level of achievement feasibility in terms of: (1) Facilities (a) furniture in Department of Multimedia skill program laboratory at SMK N 1 Godean is 90.6% (very decent), SMK Muh 2 Moyudan is 93.1% (very decent), and SMK Muh 1 Sleman is 95% (very decent), (b) the main equipment in Department of Multimedia skill program laboratory at SMK N 1 Godean is 46.88% (unfit), SMK Muh 2 Moyudan is 30.95% (unfit), and SMK Muh 1 Sleman ie 45.31% (unfit), (c) educational media in Department of Multimedia skill program laboratory at SMK N 1 Godean, namely 50% (unfit), SMK Muh 2 Moyudan is 50% (unfit), and SMK Muh 1 Sleman is 50% (unfit), (d) support equipment in Department of Multimedia skill program laboratory at SMK N 1 Godean is 100% (very decent), SMK Muh 2 Moyudan is 100% (very decent), and SMK Muh 1 Sleman is 100% (very decent); (2) the infrastructure feasibility in of Department of Multimedia skill program laboratory space at
