Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) developing a web-based archive information system to solve problems that caused by conventional archive system. (2) determining the quality system of web based archive system information on functional suitability, usability, performance efficiency, and reliability to prevent error that will cost the user. This research is using Research and Development (R&D) approach and waterfall model that has 5 stages of communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. Software Quality Standart that used is ISO 25010. The instruments used in this research are functional questionnaire adapted ftom black-box testing approach, USE Questionnaire for usability, GTMetrix for performance efficiency, and Web Application Load, Stress, and Performance Testing (WAPT) for reliabilty. The results of the test on functional suitability scored 1 (Good), usability scored 85,13% and calculation of aplha cronbach scored 83,5% (Good), reliability is 100% (Good), and reliability are 93,25% ( Grade A) for Yslow, 95,31% (Grade A) for PageSpeed, and average load per page score 1,45 second.
