Abstract


Abstrak: Analisis Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kemampuan Komunikasi, Adaptabilitas, Work Ethics, Logical Thinking, dan Penguasaan Teknologi Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Akuntansi Pada Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: (1) kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, (2) kemampuan komunikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, (3) adaptabilitas terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, (4) work ethics terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, (5) logical thinking terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, (6) penguasaan teknologi terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S-1 Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Yogykarta yang berjumlah 281 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 155 mahasiswa dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kemampuan komunikasi, adaptabilitas, dan logical thinking berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0, sedangkan variabel kompetensi, work ethics, dan penguasaan teknologi tidak berpengaruh pada kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akuntansi pada era revolusi industri 4.0.

This study aims to determine the effect of: (1) competence on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, (2) communication skills on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, (3) adaptability to the work readiness of accounting students in the revolution era. industry 4.0, (4) work ethics on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, (5) logical thinking on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, (6) mastery of technology on the work readiness of accounting students in the industrial revolution era 4.0 . This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Yogyakarta State University. The population in this research were undergraduate students in Accounting, Yogyakarta State University, totaling 281 students. The number of samples taken as many as 155 students with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that communication skills, adaptability, and logical thinking have a positive effect on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, while the variables of competence, work ethics, and mastery of technology have no effect on the work readiness of accounting students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
