Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan nilai jujur di SDIT Mutiara Insani dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan pengembangan diri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Milles & Hubberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan nilai jujur dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dan kegiatan pengembangan diri. Pendidikan nilai jujur dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dilaksanakan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai jujur dalam RPP, pemberian motivasi, keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pengamatan. Pendidikan nilai jujur dalam kegiatan pengembangan diri meliputi kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan, dan pengkondisian. Pendidikan nilai jujur dalam kegiatan rutin yaitu melaksanakan sholat berjamaah, menegakkan aturan larangan mencontek, dan membiasakan peserta didik mengambil konsumsi sendiri. Pendidikan nilai jujur dalam kegiatan spontan yaitu memberi pujian kepada peserta didik yang bersikap jujur, memberi teguran kepada peserta didik yang tidak jujur, dan melaporkan dan/atau mengumumkan barang hilang/barang temuan. Pendidikan nilai jujur melalui keteladanan yaitu berkata benar, menepati janji, mengakui kekurangan, penilaian objektif, transparansi nilai, dan transparansi laporan keuangan. Pendidikan nilai jujur melalui pengkondisian yaitu memajang tata tertib, slogan, pengaturan tempat duduk, fasilitas tempat barang hilang/temuan dan fasilitas saran/pengaduan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of honest value education in SDIT Mutiara Insani trough learning process in class and self development activity. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. Data analisys used the Milles & Hubberman models, that are data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research result show that implementation of honest value education are integrated in the learning process in class and self development activity. The implementation honest value education in learning proccess in class are integration in the lesson plan, motivation, exemplary, habituation, and observation. The implementation honest value education in self development activities are routine activity, spontaneous activity, exemplary, and conditioning.  In routine activities are the student accustomed pray sholat, enforces no cheating rule, and students takes their own food. In spontaneous activities are teachers gives praise to students honest or gives advice/punishment to students who are not honest, and reports/announces the lost/finding goods. In exemplary are teachers say honestly, keeps promises, admits shortcomings, objective assessment, transparency scores, and transparency of financial report. In conditioning are display rule, slogan, arrangements the student’s seat, facilities of lost/finding goods, and suggestion/complaint facilities.
