PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA BERKESULITAN BELAJAR MELALUI LAYANAN BIMBINGAN BELAJAR

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa berkesulitan belajar melalui layanan
bimbingan belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang siswa
berkesulitan belajar. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi.
Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Layanan bimbingan belajar dengan
metode tanya jawab, tutor sebaya, dan pengajaran individual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa berkesulitan
belajar. Hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan pada pra tindakan tergolong rendah, tidak terdapat nilai yang mencapai
kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Pada siklus I, ketuntasan nilai siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 16,7% yaitu
terdapat 1 mata pelajaran yang nilainya mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Dengan adanya perbaikan tindakan
pada siklus II, persentase ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 66,7% dengan 4 mata pelajaran mencapai kriteria
ketuntasan minimal. Penelitian ini tidak dilanjutkan pada siklus berikutnya karena telah memenuhi indikator
keberhasilan yaitu ditandai dengan minimal 3 mata pelajaran mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal.

Abstract
This research aims at improving the difficulties student learning result through guidance service. This was an
action research. The subject of research was a learning difficulties student. The data were collected through
observation, filed notes, and documentation. The data were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative method. The
guidance service with question and answer, peer tutors, and individual learning method are able to improve the
difficulties student learning result. The study result in the pre-treatment is considering low, there is no score at the
minimum standard. In cycle I, the student’s score improved 16,7%, there is a subject matter which the score
achieved the minimum standard. Then, by improving the treatments in cycle II, the percentage of the score
improved to 66,7% accompanying the score of four subject matter have achieve the minimum standard. This
research is not continued to the next cycle because it has fulfilled the achievment indicator i.e. the minimum of
three subject have qualified the minimum standard.
