Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Moyudan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Moyudan sejumlah 245 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 152 siswa. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keterampilan mengelola kelas terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Moyudan, terbukti dari persamaan regresi Y = 41,675 + 0,506 X dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,506 dan t hitung sebesar 7,180. Keterampilan mengelola kelas berpengaruh sebesar 25,6% terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa, sedangkan 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, terbukti dari nilai R square sebesar 0,256.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of classroom management skills to the discipline of learning in grade IV students of Elementary Schools of Moyudan district. The approach of this research was quantitative. The kind of this research was ex-post facto. The population of this research was grade IV students of Elementary Schools in Moyudan District with a total of 245 students and the sample with a total of 152 students. Data analysis assumption test used a normality test and linearity test. The testing of hypothesis used simple linear regression. The result showed that there was a significant effect of classroom management skills on the learning discipline in grade IV students of Elementary School in Moyudan District. It was indicated by the results of simple linear regression Y = 41,675 + 0,506 X with the R square 0,506 and t observed = 7,180. Classroom management skills had an effect of 25.6% on student learning discipline, while 74,4% was influenced by other factors, as evidenced by the R square value of 0,256.
