PENINGKATAN KERJASAMA SISWA MELALUI MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri Gedongkiwo menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Heads Together. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, skala, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan expert judgment. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Cooperative Learning tipe Numbered Heads Together dapat meningkatkan kerjasama siswa. Peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil skor pra tindakan 46,67% dari jumlah siswa mencapai skor skala kerjasama kategori baik. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I, skor kerjasama meningkat menjadi 63,33%, kemudian pada siklus II menjadi  86,67%, sehingga pada siklus II kerjasama siswa sudah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan yaitu minimal 76% jumlah siswa mencapai skor skala kerjasama dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

This research aims at improving the students collaboration using Numbered Heads Together type of Cooperative Learning model. The type of the research was Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the research were 30 students. This research design used Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consist of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used observations, scales, and documentations. Data validation techniques used expert judgment. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that Numbered Heads Together type of Cooperative Learning can improve students collaboration. The increase was evidenced by the results of the pre-action score 46.67% of the students reached the score with good category. After taking action in the first cycle, the collaboration score increased to 63.33%, and then in the second cycle became 86.67%, so that in the second cycle the students collaboration has reached the criteria of the research minimum 76% of the students got the  collaboration scores with good categories.
