Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil gaya belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Pengasih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta angket dengan ceklis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model dari Miles dan Hubermen, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Pengasih memiliki kecenderungan gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda, meskipun mereka mengggunakan kombinasi dari ketiga gaya belajar, yaitu gaya belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik. Selain itu, ada pula siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan pada dua gaya belajar, karena karakteristik kedua gaya belajar tersebut memiliki komposisi yang sama.

Abstract

This research aimed to described the profile of learning style of 4th Grade Students of SDN 3 Pengasih. This research was descriptive research with qualitative approachment. Data accumulation implemented through observation, interview, and questionnaire with checklist. Data analysis technique used the model of Miles and Huberman, there were data accumulation, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusion. Data’s validity trial used technique triangulation and data source triangulation. The result of this research indicate that the students of 4th grade of SDN 3 Pengasih has difference tendency of learning style, although they used combination of three learning style, there were visual, auditorial, and kinesthetic. In addition, there also many students who has tendency of two learning styles because the characteristic of two learning styles mentioned has equal composition.
