ANALISIS KONDISI FASILITAS BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS ATAS

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas atas se-Gugus II Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 126 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala Likert dan lembar observasi kondisi fasilitas belajar untuk menguatkan hasil penelitian. Uji validitas menggunakan penilaian ahli dan Korelasi Product
Moment. Uji reliabilitas dengan konsistensi internal menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 37 siswa (29,4 %) menilai tingkat fasilitas belajar termasuk kategori tinggi, 78 siswa (61,9%) menilai kategori sedang, dan 11 siswa (8,7%) menilai kategori rendah. Hasil analisis motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 20 siswa (15,9 %)
memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, 84 siswa (66,7%) sedang, dan 22 siswa (17,4%) rendah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar se-gugus II Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo termasuk kategori sedang.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze condition of learning facilities and learning motivation of upper class students in Cluster II Samigaluh Sub-district, Kulon Progo Region. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is 126 students. Data collection techniques that used Likert scaled questionnaire and observation guide sheet about condition of learning facilities to strengthen the research results. Validity test used expert judgment and Product Moment Correlation. Reliability test with internal consistency used Alpha Cronbach technique. The result shows that 37 students (29.4%) rate the level of learning facilities including high category, 78 students (61.9%) rate the medium category, and 11 students (8.7%) rate the low category. The result of students' motivation analysis indicates that 20 students (15.9%) have high learning motivation, 84 students (66.7%) have medium learning motivation, and 22 students (17.4%) have low learning motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that the condition of learning facilities and learning motivation of upper class students throughout elementary schools in Cluster II Samigaluh Sub-district, Kulon Progo Region including medium category.
