PEMBELAJARAN EKSTRAKURIKULER KARAWITAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR INKLUSI NEGERI 1 TRIRENGGO BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran ekstrakurikuler karawitan di SD Inklusi Negeri 1 Trirenggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru ekstrakurikuler karawitan, siswa, kepala sekolah, dan guru koordinator ekstrakurikuler karawitan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis sesuai dengan model analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) guru memberikan materi prasyarat di awal semester dan refleksi di akhir semester; (2) materi yang dipelajari oleh siswa berupa gendhing lancaran yang dipraktekan selama 35 menit per minggu oleh setiap kelas, guru menggunakan teknik kode jari tangan dan membimbing siswa ABK dengan mendekati kemudian memberikan contoh langsung; (3) evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dilakukan dengan teknik tes yang dilakukan di ujian akhir semester; (4) gamelan berbentuk pencon mengalami sedikit kerusakan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the extracurricular instruction of karawitan at Trirenggo 1 Public Inclusive Elementary School. This research used qualitative approach in form of descriptive approach. The data sources in this research were karawitan extracurricular teacher, students, headmaster, and coordinator karawitan extracurricular teacher. The data were collected through participative observations, in-depth interviews, and documentations. The data were analysed by using analysis and interactive model adopted from Miles & Huberman which consist of data gathering, data reducing, data displaying, and data summarising. The data validity is tested by using source and technique triangulation. The results show that (1) the teacher gives prerequisite materials at the beginning of semester and a reflective at the end of semester; (2) the instructional material, gendhing lancaran, was studied for 35 minutes, teacher used finger code technique and guided students by giving direct examples; (3) the evaluation is done through final evaluation by using test; (4) The pencon-shaped gamelan had a minor damage.
