HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL DENGAN INTERAKSI TEMAN SEBAYA SISWA KELAS V

Abstract

Abstrak 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan interaksi teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex- post facto. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 237 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik area probability sampling dan proportional sample dari populasi sebanyak 585 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besar nilai korelasi antara variabel kecerdasan interpersonal dengan variabel interaksi teman sebaya siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Pengasih Kabupaten Kulon Progo sebesar 0,710. Besarnya nilai korelasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat hubungan antara variabel kecerdasan interpersonal dengan variabel interaksi teman sebaya termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh R square sebesar 0,504. Sumbangan efektif variabel kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap interaski teman sebaya sebesar 50,4%, sisanya sebesar 49,6% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract 

This research aims to determine how much the correlation of interpersonal intelligence with peer interactions at the fifth grade of the elementary school of Pengasih district, Kulon Progo. This research used quantitative approach with ex-post facto method. The sample of this research were 126 students taken through area probability sampling and proportional sample technique from the population of 585 students. Data analysis techniques used correlation  product moment formula to search the power difference. The result of the research shown that the value between interpersonal  intellegence with peer interactions at the fifth grade of the elementary school of Pengasih district Kulon Progo regency is 0.710. The correlation value shows that correlation level between peer interactions is in strong category. Based on the result of the research, R square is 0,504. The effective cotribution of Interpersonal intelligence variable to interaction friend of the same age is 50,4%, and the rest 49,6% is determined by the other variable which did not discussed in this research.
