Abstract


Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran PLC berbasis mobile learning, dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk media pembelajaran PLC berbasis mobile learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang terdiri atas: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development & implementation, dan (4) evaluation. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 2 Depok dengan subyek penelitian Kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri. Tahap pengujian kelayakan produk dilakukan oleh dua ahli materi dan dua ahli media, sedangkan pada tahap evaluasi produk dilakukan penilaian oleh siswa yaitu penilaian pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan penilaian uji coba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: (1) hasil pengembangan didapatkan produk media pembelajaran yang terdiri dari tujuh komponen utama, yaitu halaman beranda, silabus, materi, evaluasi, bantuan, tentang dan kontak. (2) hasil penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli materi didapat rerata skor 57 dari nilai total sebesar 76 sehingga masuk dalam kategori layak, sedangkan kelayakan oleh ahli media didapat rerata skor 51 dari nilai total sebesar 60 sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil penilaian siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil didapat 60% siswa menyatakan layak dan 40% menyatakan sangat layak, sedangkan pada uji coba lapangan didapat 53% siswa menyatakan layak dan 47% siswa menyatakan media pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: (1) develop mobile learning base PLC learning media, and (2) find out the product appropriateness of mobile learning base PLC learning media. Type of this study is research and development. The model of this research uses ADDIE developing model that consists of: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development & implementation, and (4) evaluation. This research was done in SMKN 2 Depok with XI Class Industrial Automation Engineering student as the subjects. The product appropriateness of learning media was tested by two material experts and two media experts, whereas on the stage of the product evaluation was assessment by students i.e. assessment on small group testing and assessment on large group testing. Method of data collection were conducted using question form and data analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this research are: (1) this research has produced learning media that consists of seven major components, i.e. home page, syllabus, materials, evaluation, help, about, and contact. (2) the feasibility result by material experts obtained a mean score of 57 out of 76 with feasible category, whereas by media expert obtained a mean score of 51 out of 60 with very feasible category. The student assessment results on small group testing obtained 60% of students state feasible and either 40% state very feasible, whereas on large group testing obtained 53% of students state feasible and either 47% state very feasible as learning media.
