MODEL IDENTITAS VOKASI, KREATIVITAS, DAN ADAPTABILITAS KARIR TERKAIT KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) gambaran identitas vokasi, kreativitas dan adaptabilitas karir terkait kesehatan dan keselmatan kerja (K3) mahasiswa, (2) kecocokkan model konstruk identitas vokasi, kreativitas, dan adaptabilitas karir terkait K3 yang dibangun secara teoritis terhadap data penelitian, dan (3) Hubungan dependensi model struktural identitas vokasi, kreativitas dan adaptabilitas karir terkait K3. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis expost facto. Sampel berjumlah 145 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektro FT UNY yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling bertujuan. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan model persamaan terstruktur/Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian manunjukkan bahwa : (1) gambaran identitas vokasi terkait K3 mahasiswa tergolong rendah (33,08%), kreativitas tergolong sedang (36%), dan adaptabilitas karir tergolong sedang (35%), (2)  model pengukuran konstruk identitas vokasi, kreativitas, dan adaptabilitas karir secara keseluruhan sudah sesuai dengan data penelitian, (3) hubungan dependensi model struktural memiliki ciri : a) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dan bersifat positif identitas vokasi terhadap kreativitas terkait K3, b) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dan bersifat positif identitas vokasi terhadap adaptabilitas karir terkait K3, c) terdapat pengaruh langsung sangat signifikan dan bersifat positif kreativitas terhadap adaptabilitas karir terkait K3, d) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan identitas vokasi terhadap adaptabilitas karir terkait K3 melalui kreativitas (pengaruh tak langsung), e) terdapat pengaruh total yang signifikan dan bersifat positif identitas vokasi terhadap adaptabilitas karir terkait K3.

Abstract

The aims of this study were designed to: (1) describe the vocational identity, creativity, and career adaptability related occupational health and safety (OHS), (2) fited the construct model of vocational identity, creativity, and career adaptability related OHS theoretically construct with research data, (3) dependence relationship of the structural model of vocational identity, creativity, and career adaptability related OHS. The study was an ex-post facto design. The sample was 145 the students of Electrical Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. The technique of the sampling used purposive sampling. The data analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of this study can be concluded that: (1) overview of the vocational identity related to OHS students classified as low (33,08%), the creativity classified as medium (36%), and the career adaptability classified as medium (35%), (2) construct measurement model of vocational identity, creativity, and career adaptability overall has been appropriate with research data, (3) relationship of the structural model dependency has characterized by: a) there is a significant and positive direct effect of vocational identity to the creativity about OHS, b) there is a significant and positive direct effect of vocational identity to the career adaptability about OHS, c) there is  a significant and positive direct effect of the creativity to the career adaptability about OHS, d) there is no significant effect of the vocational identity to the career adaptability related to OHS, e) there is a total significant and positive effect of vocational identity to the career adaptability related to OHS.
