PENGARUH STATUS EKONOMI SOSIAL, FASILITAS BELAJAR DAN REWARD TRANSACTIONAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X SMK NASIOBAL BERBAH

Abstrak

Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk: Mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomi sosial terhadap hasil belajar siswa; Mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa; Mengetahui pengaruh reward transactional terhadap hasil belajar siswa; dan Mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomi, fasilitas belajar dan reward trasactional terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan terhadap 44 siswa kelas X SMK Nasional Berbah. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa satus ekonomi sosial berbpengaruh sebanyak 6,60%, fasilitas belajar sebanyak 41,61%, reward trasactional sebanyak 10,70% dan secara bersama-sama status ekonomi sosial, fasilitas belajar dan reward transactional memberikan pengaruh sebanyak 58,9% terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Nasional Berbah.

Abstract

This research aims to influence of: socio economic status of parents towards student learning outcomes; the learning facilities at school and at home towards learning outcomes; the transactional rewards towards learning outcomes; and economic status social, learning facilities and transactional rewards jointly towards learning outcomes. The research is ex-post facto capital, research with the quantitative approach. The instruments trial is done to 44 of x grades SMK Nasional Berbah. This research result indicates that economic satus social towards 6,60% as much as, learning facilities 41,61% as much as, rewards as many as 10,70% trasactional  and jointly social economic status, learning facilities and give rewards transactional influence as many as 58,9% towards learning outcomes of X grades SMK Nasional Berbah.
