UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN ELEKTRONIKA DASAR MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING DI SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 3 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada mata pelajaran elektronika dasar untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen pretest dan postest untuk aspek kognitif, lembar observasi untuk afektif dan lembar checklist untuk aspek psikomotorik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, memaparkan data dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan. Hasil kompetensi aspek kognitif siklus 1 jumlah siswa lulus 39,39% dengan rata-rata kelas 65,45 meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 75,76% dengan rata-rata kelas 76,56. Hasil kompetensi aspek afektif siklus 1 jumlah siswa lulus 23% dengan rata-rata kelas 61 meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 83% dengan rata-rata kelas 85. Hasil kompetensi Psikomotorik siklus 1 jumlah siswa lulus 20% dengan rata-rata kelas 60 meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 89% dengan rata-rata kelas 86.

Abstract

This research was to know determine the project-based learning model to improve the competence basic electronics of students in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. This research was a classroom action research which conducted in two cycles. Data collection using pretest and postest instrument for cognitive aspects, observation sheet for affective aspects, and checklist sheet for psychomotor aspects. Data analysis was performed with data reduction, presented data and concluded data.The results showed an increase. The result of the first cycle of cognitive competence of students graduating number 39,39% with a class average 65,45, were increase in the second cycle becomes 75,76% with a class average 76,56. The result of the first cycle of affective competence of students graduating number 23% with a class average 61, were increase in the second cycle becomes 83% with a class average 85. The result of the first cycle of psychomotor competence of students graduating number 20% with a class average 60, were increase in the second cycle becomes 89% with a class average 86.
