EFEKTIVITAS METODE PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK PADA MATA PELAJARAN INSTALASI MOTOR LISTRIK DI SMK 1 SEDAYU

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada hasil belajar siswa dalam ranah: kognitif, afektif, psikomotorik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Non Randomized Control-Group Pretest-Postest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TITL A dan XI TITL B, Program Keahlian Ketenagalistrikan di SMK 1 Sedayu. Analisis data pada ranah kognitif mengacu pada teori Richard R. Hake yaitu gain score (peningkatan nilai), untuk ranah afektif dan psikomotorik menggunakan metode perbandingan rerata nilai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelejaran berbasis proyek dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran ceramah pada siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Ketenagalistrikan lebih efektif SMK 1 Sedayu lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan: (1) kognitif siswa dengan hasil rerata kelas eksperimen adalah 0,89 (tinggi) sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar -0,05 (rendah) yang mengacu pada teori Richard R. Hake, (2) afektif siswa dengan perbandingan rerata nilai afektif kelas eksperimen yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 86,04 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 83,12, (3) psikomotor siswa dengan perbandingan rerata nilai psikomotorik kelas eksperimen sebesar 87,02 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 81,22.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effectiveness model of Project Based Learning to improve student learning outcomes in domain: cognitive, affective, psychomotor. This research was a Quasi-Experiment with Non Randomized control-group pretest-postest design. The subjects were student of class XI TITL A dan XI TITL B, program skills Of Electrification at SMK 1 Sedayu. Analysis of the data on the cognitive domain refers to the theories of Richard R. Hake is gain score (increase in value), for affective and psychomotor domains using the mean score comparison method. The result showed that the application of the Project Based Learning method in class XI program skills Of Electrification at SMK 1 Sedayu were more effective to increase : (1) cognitive outcomes of students with the average experimental group was 0,89 (high) while the control group was -0,05 (low) based on Richard R. Hake theories, (2) affective students with a mean score of affective comparison experimental group who obtained a value of 86,04 while the control group was 83,12, (3) comparison of the mean psychomotor scores of students with 87,02 for the experimental group and the control group was 81,22.
