IMPLEMENTASI PENILAIAN HASIL BELAJAR KURIKULUM 2013 PADA PROGRAM KEAHLIAN TEKNIK AUDIO VIDEO DI SMK 2 SURAKARTA

Abstrak

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penilaian hasil belajar kurikulum 2013 pada Program Keahlian Teknik Audio Video di SMK 2 Surakarta yang meliputi: (1) perencanaan penilaian hasil belajar, (2) pengembangan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar, (3) pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar, (4) pengolahan dan pemanfaatan penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kebijakan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran produktif kelas X Program Keahlian Teknik Audio Video yang berjumlah enam orang guru dan siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Teknik Audio Video SMK 2 Surakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian diketehui bahwa: (1) berdasarkan kuisioner guru, perencanaan penilaian hasil belajar termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 42,17 dan kuisioner siswa termasuk kategori baik dengan mean sebesar 13,33, (2) berdasarkan kuesioner guru, pengembangan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 44,17, (3) berdasarkan kuisioner guru, pelaksanaan penilaian hasil belajar termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 46,17 dan kuisioner siswa termasuk kategori baik dengan mean sebesar 44,4, (4) berdasarkan kuisioner guru, pengolahan dan pemanfaatan penilaian hasil belajar termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 43,33 dan kuisioner siswa termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan mean sebesar 18,49.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the implementation of curriculum 2013 in learning outcomes assessment to students Audio Video Engineering in SMK 2 Surakarta which are : (1) planning of learning outcomes assessment (2) developing instrument of learning outcomes assessment (3) the realization of learning outcomes assessment (4) tabulation and utilization of learning outcomes assessment. This is a policy research. Subjects of the research are 6 productive subject teachers and eleventh grade students audio video engineering in SMK 2 Surakarta. Procedure of data collection uses questionnaires, an interview and a documentation. Methods of data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative description. The result show : (1) based on questionnaire teacher, planning of learning outcomes assessment very good category with the mean 42,17 and based on questionnaire student is good category with the mean 13,33, (2) based on questionnaire teacher, developing instrument of learning outcomes assessment is very good category with the mean 44,17, (3) based on questionnaire teacher, the realization of learning outcomes assessment is very good category with the mean 46,17 and based on questionnaire student is good category with the mean 44,4, (4) based on questionnaire teacher, tabulation and utilization of learning outcomes assessment is very good category with the mean 43,33 and based on questionnaire student is very good category with the mean 18,49.
