EVALUASI PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) BERDASARKAN FTA, FMEA DAN PHA DI JURUSAN TIPTL SMK NEGERI 1 MAGELANG

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan: (1) penerapan K3 di Bengkel Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 1 Magelang berdasarkan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). (2) penerapan K3 di Bengkel Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 1 Magelang berdasarkan Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA). (3) penerapan K3 di Bengkel Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 1 Magelang berdasarkan Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi Countenance Stake yaitu antecedents, transaction, dan outcomes. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pada tahapan Antecedents (masukan) pada aspek Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) memiliki ketercapaian 93,94%, aspek Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) memiliki ketercapaian 84,09%, dan pada aspek Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) memiliki ketercapaian 77,16%, (2) pada tahap Transaction  (proses) pada aspek Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) memiliki ketercapaian 68,75%, aspek Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) memiliki ketercapaian 83,81%, dan pada aspek Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) memiliki ketercapaian 66,36%, (3) pada tahap Outcomes (keluaran) pada aspek Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) memiliki ketercapaian 66,59%, aspek Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) memiliki ketercapaian 62,5%, dan pada aspek Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) memiliki ketercapaian 59,09%.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study are to determine: (1) the implementation of OHS in the Workshop of  Electrical Power Installation Engineering department  of SMK Negeri 1 Magelang based on Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) (2) the implementation of OHS in the Workshop of Electrical Power Installation Engineering department of SMK Negeri 1 Magelang based on Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA). (3)  the implementation of OHS in the Workshop of Electrical Power Installation Engineering depertment of SMK Negeri 1 Magelang based on Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA). This study is an evaluation research with the Countenance Stake model consisting of antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. The results of this study show that: (1) On antecedents step (input) in Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) aspect have achievement of 93,94%, in Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA aspect have achievement of 84,09%, and the Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) aspect have achievement of 77,16%, (2) in Transaction  (process) step of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) aspect have achievement of 68,75%, Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA) aspect have achievemnet of 83,81%, and the Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) aspect have achievement of 66,36%, (3) in Outcomes (output) step of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) aspect have achievement of 66,59%, Failure Modes & Effect Analysis (FMEA aspect have achievement of 62,5%, and the Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) aspect have achievement of 59,09%.
