PENYELENGGARAAN TEACHING FACTORY PENGEMBANGAN BECAK LISTRIK DI SMK PIRI 1 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perencanaan teaching factory, (2) proses pelaksanaan teaching factory, (3) pembiayaan teaching factory, (4) hasil teaching factory, dan (5) unjuk kerja becak listrik SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah pengelola teaching factory pengembangan becak listrik. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) perencanaan teaching factory becak listrik termasuk baik, dan dilakukan dengan pembentukan manajemen, Sumber Daya Manusia, laboratorium produksi, bahan baku, strategi kerja, dan mitra kerja. (2) pelaksanaan teaching factory  becak listrik termasuk baik, dan mengacu pembelajaran berbasis di industri melalui sinergi sekolah dan industri untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten. (3) pembiayaan pelaksanaan kegiatan produksi becak listrik termasuk baik, dan keseluruhan bersumber dari kementrian riset dan teknologi Republik Indonesia, digunakan untuk melakukan riset prototype becak, pembiayaan administrasi, dan biaya operasional teaching factory becak listrik. (4) hasil yang dicapai termasuk baik, dan dihasilkan 10 becak listrik diujicoba melintasi jalan protokol di kota Yogyakarta. (5) Unjuk kerja becak listrik SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta mampu bertahan 2 jam tanpa pengisian listrik dan mampu melaju dengan kecepatan 40 km/jam dengan beban 350 kilogram.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) planning of teaching factory, (2) the implementation process of teaching factory, (3) financing of teaching factory, (4) the results of teaching factory, and (5) the performance of electric rickshaws in SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive. Subjects this research were teaching factory managers that developing electric rickshaws. Data were collected by interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis. The survey results were: (1) planning of teaching factory electric rickshaws including good category, and do with formation of management, Human Resources, laboratory production, raw materials, work strategy, and business partners. (2) the implementation of electric rickshaws teaching factory including good category, and refers to industrial based learning through schools and industrial synergies to produce competent graduates. (3) financing of production implementation of electric rickshaws including good category, and the overall resources gived from the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, used to do research prototype, finance administration, and operational costs of teaching factory. (4) the results achieved included in good category, and produced 10 electric rickshaws tested across the main streets of the city. (5) The performance of the electric rickshaws SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta able to runs for 2 hours without electricity charging and capable of traveling at a speed of 40 km / h with a load of 350 kilograms.
