Kingdom, the journal of biological studies) is a journal managed and published by the Biology  Study Program, Department of Biology Education, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. This journal presents scientific articles from empirical research and the results of literature analysis studies in the field of biology.

The scope of this journal covers the fields of biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and applied biology in the fields of microbiology, environment, agriculture, industry, and health science, and related to fields of applied biology. The publishing procedure for this journal is through peer-review and applies scientific publishing ethics as stipulated by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
