EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CAREER DAY DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 1 YOGYAKARTA

AbstrakĀ 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas program career day pada komponen context, input, proces, dan product di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan kriteria evaluasi menggunakan pendekatan fidelity. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari 2 Guru BK dan 44 siswa kelas XII yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan pertimbangan sebagian besar siswa sedang melaksanakan pembelajaran intensif untuk persiapan ujian nasional sehingga pengambilan sampel tidak dapat dilakukan secara representatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian skala evaluasi program, wawancara dan focus group discussion (FGD). Adapun pengujian validasi isi dilakukan dengan menyusun kisi-kisi dari kajian pustaka, mengujicobakan hasil instrumen kepada sampel di luar sampel penelitian, dan mempergunakan pendapat dosen pembimbing di dalam pengujian validasi tersebut, sementara pengujian reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan dengan formula Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas pelaksanaan program career day di MAN 1 Yogyakarta pada komponen context menurut persepsi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, (2) kualitas pelaksanaan program career day di MAN 1 Yogyakarta pada komponen input menurut persepsi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang, (3) kualitas pelaksanaan program career day di MAN 1 Yogyakarta pada komponen process menurut persepsi siswa berada dalam kategori tinggi, (4) kualitas pelaksanaan program career day di MAN 1 Yogyakarta pada komponen product menurut persepsi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the quality of career day program in the context, input, process, and product components in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. This study used descriptive quantitative model of evaluation. CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) was used as the evaluation model by basing on the fidelity as the criterion. The subjects of the study consisted of two Guidance and Counseling teachers and 44 students from the 3rd grade. They chose as the subjects by using accidental sampling technique with consideration of the majority of students are conducting an intensive study for the preparation of national examinations so that sampling can not be done in a representative. The data gathering was done by filling the program evaluation scale, interview, and focus group discussion (FGD). The content validity test was carried out by arranging the lattice of the literature review, testing the instrument result to the outside recent sample, and using the opinion of the supervisor in testing the validation, while the instrument reliability test was done with Cronbach Alpha formula. The data analysis used quantitative and qualitative. The result of the study showed that: (1) the quality of the implementation of career day program in MAN 1 Yogyakarta in terms of the context component according to the evaluation of students' perceptions of the quality of context components was in the middle category, (2) the quality of the implementation of career day program in MAN 1 Yogyakarta in terms of the input components according to the evaluation of students' perceptions of the quality of the input components of the implementation of career day program was in the middle category, (3) the quality of the implementation of career day program in MAN 1 Yogyakarta in terms of the process components according to the evaluation of students' perceptions of the quality of the process components of the implementation of career day program was in the high category, (4) the quality of the implementation of career day program in MAN 1 Yogyakarta in terms of the product components according to the evaluation of students' perceptions of the quality of the product components of the implementation of career day program was in the middle category.
