THE COMPARISON OF COOPERATIF LEARNING BETWEEN NHT AND MAKE MATCH TO INCREASE THE STUDENT ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT FOR KKPI SUBJECT OF STUDENT AT MUHAMMADIYAH 2 MUNTILAN GRADE X

Abstract


This research were conducted to know about increases and differences of the activities and learning achievement by using NHT method and make a match method for KKPI subject of student at Muhammadiyah 2 Muntilan grade X. The research method conducted is a quasi-experiment. Researcer used observation questionnare and test to collect the data. In research analysis, researcher used qualitative descriptive to determine the differences of activities, and t-test to determine the differences of learning achievement. The result of the research showed that, 1) NHT method can increase the student activities from 81% to 84% 2) NHT method can increase the learning achievement from 59,88 to 79,48, 3) make a match method can increase the student activities form 67% to 81%, 4) make a match method can increase the learning method from 60,48 to 76,75, 5) increase of student activities using NHT method (3%) is lower than using make a match method (14%) and increase the score of learning achievement using NHT method (19,6) is also higher than using make a match method (16,27).
