DEVELOPMENT TRAINER RESISTOR IN CIRCUIT OF DIRECT CURRENT ON ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SUBJECTS TO USING LABVIEW 2016 BASED MICROCONTROLLER ARDUINO UNO IN CLASS X TEKNIK AUDIO VIDEO SMK NEGERI 2 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


This research aimed to develop and assess the feasibility of trainer resistor in the circuit of direct current in electrical engineering subjects using LabVIEW 2016 based on microcontroller arduino UNO in class X Teknik Audio Video SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This research is a development (Research and Development) with the stages that include: (1) The potential problem, (2) Data collection, (3) Design Products, (4) Validate Design, (5) Revised Design, (6) Trial products, (7) Revision products, (8) Trial Use, (9) Revision products, and (10) End product. Research Object is the trainer resistor in circuits direct current. The method that researcher used for collecting the data on this study included testing, observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). The trainer validation involves two subject matter experts and two experts instructional media, and user trials conducted by 64 students of class X (ten) expertise package Teknik Audio Video SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of such research is the development of trainer resistor with 9 blocks experiment resistor in circuits equipped with a direct current monitoring virtual trainer and module trainers. The results of the analysis of this study showed that the trainer is in conformity with design as a trainer resistor. The results of the validation performed by the trainer resistor material experts gain validity with the percentage 82.95% categorized as very feasible. The construct validation level by obtaining media expert level with a percentage of 86.57% validity categorized as very feasible. While testing the use by the students got a yield of 85.51% with a very decent category. So the trainer resistor in the circuit direct current is categorized as very feasible as a media instructional for subjects of electrical engineering expertise packages Teknik Audio Video SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta.
