PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN STANDAR PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN ELEKTRIKAL BIDANG INSTALASI RESIDENSIAL UNTUK PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN KARYAWAN DI INDUSTRI

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah: (1) mengetahui tahapan dalam pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran standar pelaksanaan pekerjaan elektrikal; (2) mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang disusun dari segi materi dan media; (3) mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran dari segi responden. Penelitian ini mengguankan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan dengan tahapan: (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; dan (4) Disseminate. Subjek penelitian ini ialah pekerja bidang kelistrikan, pengawas, dan instruktur. Validitas yang digunakan adalah validitas isi dengan pendapat ahli. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Kelayakan dari segi materi modul mendapat kategori “layak” dengan  skor 76%, powerpoint mendapat kategori “layak” dengan skor 76,30%. Kelayakan dari segi media modul mendapat kategori “sangat layak” dengan  skor 87,60%, powerpoint mendapat kategori “sangat layak” dengan skor 90,87%; Berdasarkan tanggapan responden modul mendapat kategori “layak” dengan  skor 80,13%, powerpoint mendapat kategori “sangat layak” dengan skor 82,21%.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) know the steps of development of standard learning instrument of residential electric installation works; (2) know the feasibility level of the learning instrument according to material experts and media experts; (3) know user responses to the learning instrument. This research was Research and Development with 4D model from Thiagarajan which consisted of (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; (4) Disseminate. The subjects of this research were company workers with job titles electric, supervisor, and instructor. The validity used construct  validity by expert judgement. The data was analysed by descriptive and quantitative analysis. Module feasibility in terms of material aspect was classified as “feasible” with score 76%, as for powerpoint classified as“feasible” with score 76.30 %. Module feasibility in terms of media aspect was classified as “highly feasible” with score 87.60%, as for powerpoint classified as highly feasible” with score 90.87 %. Based on module user response, it was classified as“feasible” with score 80.13 %,as for powerpoint classified ashighly feasible” with score 82.21 %.
