PERBEDAAN PENGARUH FREKUENSI LATIHAN SENAM AEROBIK TERHADAP PENURUNAN PERSENTASE LEMAK TUBUH DAN BERAT BADAN PADA MEMBERS WANITA DI CAKRA SPORT CLUB YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh frekuensi latihan senam aerobik terhadap
penurunan persentase lemak tubuh dan berat badan pada members wanita di Cakra Sport Club Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian two group pretest-posttest. Subjek
dalam penelitian ini adalah member wanita senam aerobik yang aktif di Cakra Sport Club Yogyakarta sebanyak 14
orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Omron Body Composition Monitor. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z, Uji Bartllet dan uji-t. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan uji-t
terhadap penurunan persentase lemak tubuh menghasilkan thitung sebesar 2,509% dengan p<0,05 (signifikan) dan
uji-t terhadap berat badan menghasilkan thitung sebesar 2,650 kg dengan p<0,05 (signifikan). Rata-rata penurunan
persentase lemak tubuh dan berat badan pada subjek penelitian dengan frekuensi latihan ≥3 kali dalam seminggu
lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan frekuensi latihan ≤2 kali dalam seminggu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat
disimpulkan bahwa frekuensi senam aerobik ≥3 kali dalam seminggu dapat menurunkan persentase lemak tubuh
dan berat badan lebih tinggi daripada frekuensi latihan ≤2 kali dalam seminggu.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the different effects on aerobic gymnastics exercise towards the
decrease of body fat percentage and weight of female members of Cakra Sport Club Yogyakarta. This
research used experimental research with two group pretest-posttest research design. The subjects in this
research were female aerobics members who were active in Cakra Sport Club Yogyakarta as many as 14
people. The instrument in this study was Omron Body Composition Monitor. The data were analyzed by
using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z Test, Bartllet Test, and T- Test. The results of the analysis of this
research showed the t-test of decrease body fat percentage was tcount of 2.509% with p <0.05
(significant) and t-test on body weight was tcount of 2,650 kg with p <0.05 (significant). The average
decrease of body fat percentage and weight of the research subjects with exercise frequency ≥3 times a
week is higher than those with the frequency of exercise ≤2 times a week. Based on the results of this
research,it can be concluded that the frequency of aerobic exercise ≥3 times a week can lower body fat
percentage and body weight higher than the frequency of exercise ≤2 times a week.
