Abstract


ABSTRAK
Manajemen olahraga merupakan bidang studi bam di Indonesia. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan dibukanya
konsentrasi manajemen olahraga Prodi Ikor FIK UNY. Pada proses perkuliahan, mahasiswa manajemen olahraga
mendapatkan berbagai kompetensi di bidang manajemen olahraga dan mengaplikasikannya dalam Praktek Kerja
Lapangan (PKL). Dalam pelaksanaan PKL tersebut, masih belum terdapat penilaian yang objektif mengenai kinerja PKL.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kinerja PKL mahasiswa konsentrasi manajemen olahraga
Prodi Ikor FIK UNY. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penilaian kinerja rating scale. Subjek
penelitian adalah pimpinan instansi, manajer, staff, serta pendamping mahasiswa PKL. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian
ini adalah menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian pimpinan instansi,
manajer, staff, serta pendamping mahasiswa PKL terhadap kinerja PKL mahasiswa konsentrasi manajemen olahraga
Prodi Ikor FIK UNY adalah sebanyak 23.81% menyatakan bahwa kinerja PKL mahasiswa dalam kategori sangat tinggi.
57.14% menyatakan tinggi, 9.52% menyatakan rendah dan 9.52% menyatakan sangat rendah.

ASSESSMENT FOR THE JOB TRAINING PROGRAM PERFORMANCE OF THE STUDENTS MAJORING
IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS SCIENCE STUDY PROGRAM FIK UNY
ABSTRACT
Sports Management is a new field of study in Indonesia. It is shown by the new opening of sports management
concentration in Sports Science Study Program FIK UNY. In the lecture, sport management students get a wide range of
competencies in the field of sport management and they have to apply it in the Job Training Program (PKL). In the
implementation of the job training program, the objective assessment of the performance of the students does not exist
yet. This study intends in describing the performance of the students majoring in sports management in implementing the
job training program. This research was a descriptive study with a quantitative rating scale for the performance
assessment methods. The subjects were the head of the institution, managers, staff, and the supervisor of the students in
the job training program. The data collection for the research employed the instruments in the form of a questionnaire.
The results show that the assessment from the agency managers, managers, staff, and the supervisors towards the
students performance in implementing the job training program is for about 23.81% of the students’ performance in the
level of very high, 57.14% of the students’ performance are in the level of high, 9:52% of the students’ performance are in
the level of low, and 9:52% of the students’ performance are in the level of very low.
