Abstrak
Beberapa fasilitas olahraga di Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta terlihat kurang optimal dan belum
menerapkan fungsi manajemen secara maksimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas jasa fasilitas olahraga tersebut. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui kualitas jasa fasilitas olahraga di Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta, (2)
untuk mengetahui cara pengelolaan fasilitas olahraga di Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta, (3) untuk mengetahui
fungsi manajemen terhadap kualitas jasa fasilitas olahraga di Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data
penelitian ini terdiri dari direktur utama, manajer operasional, koordinator kantor manajemen, koordinator lapangan
bulutangkis, koordinator fitness center, dan koordinator kolam renang. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil
observasi dan hasil wawancara terhadap sumber data. Analisa data dibagi dalam tiga alur yang terjadi secara
bersamaan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian
menunjukan bahwa penerapan fungsi manajemen terhadap kualitas jasa fasilitas olahraga di Depok Sports Center
Yogyakarta sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan indikator kualitas yang ada yaitu: keandalan (reliability),
nyata (tangibles), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati.
            Kata kunci: fungsi manajemen, kualitas, fasilitas olahraga.
 
Abstract
Some sports facilities in Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta look less optimal and have not implemented the
maximum management function to improve the quality of the sports facilities services. The objectives of this study
were: (1) to find out the quality of sports facilities in Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta, (2) to find out how to manage
sports facilities in Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta, and (3) to find out the management function of the quality of
sports facilities services in Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using
observation, interview and documentation. The data sources of this study consisted of the president director,
operational manager, management office coordinator, badminton field coordinator, fitness center coordinator, and
pool coordinator. The data were obtained from the results of observations and the results of interviews with data
sources. The data analysis was divided into three paths conducted simultaneously including: data reduction, data
presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the application of management
functions to the quality of sports facilities in Depok Sports Center Yogyakarta has been running well and in
accordance with existing quality indicators, namely: reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.
