ANALISIS TINGKAT RISIKO BANJIR SEBAGAI ARAHAN PENGELOLAAN BENCANA DI KECAMATAN BUTUH KABUPATEN PURWOREJO TAHUN 2015

Abstract

The purposes of this research are as follows; 1) To find out the level and
distribution of flood disaster risk in sub-district Butuh, Purworejo Regency ; 2) To
describe the referral of flood risk reduction in sub-district Butuh, Purworejo
Regency.
This research is descriptive quantitative research with survey method in
nature. The kind of this research is a population research in where the population of
this research was taken from all of the land in sub-district Butuh. The methods of
collecting the data are as follows; 1) observation, 2) interviews to obtain data on
disaster management capacity, 3) documentation and interpretation to obtain the
data on danger and flood vulnerability. Data analysis technique used was scoring,
overlay, and descriptive analysis.
The result of the research shows that: 1) a.) Level of the risk flood disaster in
Sub-district Butuh has four levels that are very low, low, medium, and high risk that
are influenced hazards or danger, vulnerabilities and disaster management capacity.
b) Very low risk level in nine villages in the west region of Sub-district Butuh with an
area of 1018.23 ha or reaches 21.32% area of the Sub-district Butuh. Low risk level
in seven villages that spread in the southern region of the Sub-district Butuh reached
829.66 ha or 17.37% area of the Sub-district Butuh. Medium risk level in nineteen
villages which spread in the northern region of Sub-district Butuh reached 2.038,25
ha or 42,68% of Sub-district Butuh. High risk level in six villages that spread in
eastern region of Sub-district Butuh reached 889,83 ha or 18,63 % of area of the
Sub-district Butuh. 2) The referral of flood risk reduction in Sub-district Butuh can
be done by reduce the level of the danger, reduce the vulnerabilities and increase the
capacity of flood disaster management in the area that are threatened.
