Abstract



Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika melalui pembelajaran kooperatif
dengan teknik mencari pasangan di Sekolah Dasar Tambakrejo, Tempel, Sleman.. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research) dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari
empat langkah penelitian yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaaan (acting), pengamatan (observing), dan
refleksi (reflecting). Tempat penelitian di SDN Tambakrejo, Tempel, Sleman dengan setting di dalam ruang
kelas V waktu penelitian pada bulan Februari 2014. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan
pengamatan. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dilaksakan dalam dua siklus maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa
penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan teknik mencari pasangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar
matematika siswa kelas V SDN Tambakrejo, Tempel, Sleman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas dan
hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan aktifitas berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar
matematika siswa. Rata-rata nilai siswa terus meningkat dari skor awal adalah 53,75, siklus I 66,33 dan siklus II
69,83. Persentase siswa yang mencapai KKM juga meningkat dari 29,17%, siklus I 58,33% dan siklus II
70,83%.

MATHEMATICS STUDY RESULT THROUGH COOPERATIVE LEARNING BY COUPLE FINDING
TECHNIQUE IN THE FIFTH GRADE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

he study is aimed to improve the achievement of Mathematics learning through cooperative method by
using partner finding technique in Elemantry School Tambakrejo, Tempel Sleman. It is a classroom action
research and conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four steps, they are planning, acting, observing,
and reflecting. The place of the study is Elemantry School Tambakrejo with the setting in the classroom of the
fifth grade. The researcher collects the data by doing some tests and observation. Based on the achievement in
two cycles, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning method with partner finding
technique can improve the learning achievement on Mathematics of the fifth graders of Elementary School
Tambakrejo, Tempel, Sleman. The result of the study shows that the students’ activity and achievement get
improvement. The activity improvement influences the achievement of the students’ Mathematics learning. The
mean of the students’ Mathematic score improves from 53,75% become 66,33% in the first cycle and 69,83% in
the second cycle. The percentage of the students who reach the minimum passing grade improves from 29,17%
becomes 58,33% in the first cycle and 70,83% in the second cycle.
