EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI METODE GROUP DISCUSSION MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EVALUASI CIPP DI BRI CORPORATE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program pembelajaran yang menerapkan metode group discussion di BRI Corporate University Campus Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP terdiri dari Context, Input, Process, Product. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa: evaluasi implementasi metode group discussion di BRI Corporate University Campus Yogyakarta, 1) Context, latar belakang dan tujuan program penerapan metode group discussion sudah sesuai 2) Input, lecturer berkompenten untuk mengajar, peserta pelatihan memiliki kesiapan untuk melaksanakan diskusi, rancangan proses pembelajaran membantu lecturer namun belum sesuai dengan prinsip metode group discussion, materi sudah sesuai, sarana dan prasarana lengkap, 3) Process, pelaksanaan berjalan dengan baik, kinerja lecturer cukup baik, aktifitas peserta pelatihan sudah baik, evaluasi pelaksanaan proses diskusi dilakukan dengan presentasi dan post-test, faktor pendukung lebih dominan dari faktor penghambat 4) Product, pelaksanaan program pembelajaran dengan group discussion 84,83 % sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik.

Abstract
This research aimed to know the implementation of learning program that use group discussion method in BRI Corporate University Campus Yogyakarta through model evaluation of CIPP, Context, Input, Process, Product. This research is included in evaluative research by using descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study found that: method implementation evaluation group discussion at BRI Corporate University Campus Yogyakarta, 1) Context, background and objectives of the application of the group discussion method was in accordance with the characteristics of the trainees, material, and competencies specified 2) Input, the competent lecturer for teaching, the training participants have the readiness to carry out the discussion, the design of the learning process helps the lecturer but not in accordance with the principles of group discussion method, the material is appropriate, the facilities and infrastructure are complete, 3) Process, the implementation goes well, the lecturer performance is quite good, the activity of the trainees already good, evaluation for the implementation of the discussion process was done by presentation and post-test, supporting factors were more dominant than the inhibiting factor 4) Product, the implementation of the learning program with 84.83% discussion group had run very well.
