PENERAPAN ORGANISASI PEMBELAJARAN DI PUSAT PENGEMBANGAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN (PPPPTK) MATEMATIKA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Organisasi Pembelajaran Di Pusat Pengembangan Dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PPPPTK) Matematika Yogyakarta berdasarkan teori Senge (1996).Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei menggunakan angket dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Proportionate stratified random terhadap pegawai PPPPTK Matematika Yogyakarta sejumlah 120 responden. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu analisis secara statistic dan dideskripsikan untuk menggambarkan suatu objek.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan organisasi pembelajaran (learning organization) di PPPPTK Matematika Yogyakarta menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 74,59% dapat dikatakan bahwa pelaksanaanya sudah baik berdasarkan skala indikator 60-80% dikatakan baik. Hasil penerapan dari disiplin organisasi pembelajaran pertama yaitu dimensi Personal Mastery menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 72,47%, Dimensi kedua yaitu Mental Model menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 76,45%, Dimensi ketiga yaitu Shared Vision menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 74,46%, Dimensi keempat yaitu Team Learning menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 75,82%, dan Dimensi ketiga yaitu System Thinking menghasilkan nilai presentase sebesar 73,77%.

Abstract
This study aims to find out the implementation of learning organization in the Pusat Pengembangan Dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik Dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PPPPTK) of Mathematics Yogyakarta in the form of developing and inculcating and facilitating learning activities that can provide learning experiences, create learning culture, as its development, ability, skill and performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey survey sample of 120 employees PPPPTK Mathematics as respondents. Collection technique using questionnaire / questionnaire. The data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive method that is data retrieval and analyzed statistically and described to describe an object. The result of this study showed that this study about the implementation of learning organization in PPPPTK Matematika Yogyakarta resulted the percentage value of 74.59% and it can be said that the implementation is already good in terms of implementation. The first discipline of organizational learning that is the dimension of Personal Mastery resulted the percentage value of 72.47%, The second dimension is Mental Model yielding the percentage value of 76.45%, The third dimension of Shared Vision resulted the percentage value of 74.46%, The fourth dimension is Team Learning resulting percentage value of 75.82%, and third dimension is System Thinking yields a percentage value of73.77%.
