PEMBINAAN KELAS KHUSUS BAKAT ISTIMEWA OLAHRAGA (BIO) DI SMA NEGERI 4 YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Pembinaan bakat kelas khusus BIO; dan
(2) Manajemen sumber daya kelas khusus BIO. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.
Subjek penelitian adalah penanggungjawab program kelas khusus BIO. Pengumpulan data yang
digunakan wawancara, observasi &dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi
sumber &metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif Miles & Huberman
yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan: (1) Pembinaan bakat kelas khusus BIO meliputi seleksi, pembinaan berkelanjutan
(pembinaan cabang olahraga &pembinaan akademik) serta pemberian penghargaan. Seleksi
meliputi seleksi administratif (verifikasi dokumen & verifikasi faktual) dan seleksi ketrampilan (tes
cabang olahraga). Pemberian penghargaan dilakukan dengan sistem poin; (2) Manajemen
sumberdaya kelas khusus BIO belum maksimal. Rasio pelatih dengan cabang olahraga belum
seimbang. Fasilitas yang dimiliki belum terpenuhi seluruhnya &banyak yang belum standar. Dana
dari APBS dan APBN belum cukup memenuhi kebutuhan kelas khusus BIO.

DEVELOPING SPECIAL CLASS OF SPECIAL TALENT SPORT (BIO) IN 4 SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose of this research to described (1) Developing of talent in special class of special
talent sport (BIO); and (2) Resource management special class of BIO. The research used
qualitative approach. Subject of this research is responsible for special class of BIO programme.
Data collection used interviews, observation and documentation. Validity test used triangulation
of sources and triangulation of methods. Data analysis used data analysis of interactive model
Miles & Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing.
The result showed: (1) Developing of talent in special class of BIO includes the selection, continue
development (sports development & academic development) and giving rewards. Selection
includes administration selection (data verification & factual verification) and skill selection (sport
test). The reward gifted by point system. (2) Resource management special class of BIO is not
maximized. Ratio between coach and sport branch has not balanced. The facilities have not been
fulfilled & many not yet standardized. Budget from APBS and APBN has not enough to fulfill the
needs of special class of BIO.
