PERSEPSI GURU TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH MENEGAH KEJURUAN NEGERI 1 KOTA CIREBON SEBAGAI SEKOLAH RSBI

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi guru dan harapan‐harapan
guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMKN 1 Kota Cirebon dilihat dari
pendekatan sifat kepemimpinannya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang
dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 kota Cirebon yang dimulai pada bulan mei dan berakhir pada
bulan juni 2012, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 sampel dengan teknik
pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket terbuka dan dokumentasi, teknik
analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik presentase,
dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan
kepala sekolah SMKN 1 kota Cirebon sebagai sekolah RSBI persentasenya adalah
76,13% dengan kategori baik.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of teachers and teacher
expectations for school leadership SMKN 1 Cirebon viewed of trait leadership approach,
this study is a descriptive study conducted in the city of Cirebon SMKN 1 starting in mei
and ending in june 2012, the sample this amounted to 70 samples with data collection
techniques used were questionnaires and documentation, data analysis techniques in
this research is descriptive quantitative percentage technique, the results of this study
indicate that teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership as the city of Cirebon
SMKN 1 percentage RSBI school 76.13% is a good category.
