MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN TAKWINUL MUBALLIGHIN YOGYAKARTA

Abstract



ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Takwinul Muballighin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu; 1) perencanaan pembelajaran secara prinsip dilengkapi silabus dan Rancangan Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), tetapi belum terdokumentasikan dengan baik.; 2) pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar dilaksanakan setiap hari Senin-Sabtu malam jam 20.00-21.30 dan waktu pagi jam 05.00-06.30. Ustad menyampaikan materi pelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti LCD, white board, spidol, dan makalah yang dibagikan kepada santri. Metode penyampaian materi memakai ceramah, demonstrasi, dan diakhiri dengan tanya jawab. 3) Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan evaluasi formatif yaitu penilaian berupa tes yang dilakukan setelah satu pokok bahasan selesai dipelajari peserta didik dan evaluasi sumatif yaitu penilaian berupa tes yang dilaksanakan setelah proses belajar mengajar selesai dalam jangka waktu tertentu yaitu satu semester.

LEARNING MANAGEMENT ISLAMIC HOSTEL TAKWINUL MUBALLIGHIN IN YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the instructional planning, instructional implementation, and evaluation of learning in Takwinul Muballighin Islamic Hostel. This research method is used of qualitative descriptive approximation. Results of research concerning management curriculum in Takwinul Muballighin Islamic Hostel is indicating of that: 1) learning plan in principle include the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), but has not been well documented.; 2) the implementation of the teaching and learning process conducted every Monday-Saturday and 20:00 to 21:30 hours of the morning hours of 5:00 a.m. to 6:30. Ustad delivering course material using instructional media such as LCD, white board, markers, and paper are distributed to students. Delivery methods using lectures, demonstrations, and concluded with a question and answer. 3) Evaluation of learning using formative evaluation of the assessment in the form of tests conducted after the completion of the subject students learn and summative evaluation of the assessment in the form of tests conducted after the learning process is completed within a certain time period is one semester.
