IDENTIFIKASI KEBUTUHAN GURU TAMAN KANAK-KANAK (TK) DI KECAMATAN NGABLAK KABUPATEN MAGELANG

Abstract


Abstrak

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru Taman Kanak-kanak di kecamatan Ngablak Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian yang dilakukan juga akan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecukupan guru TK, syarat yang harus dipenuhi guru TK dan mengetahui kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhanguru TK. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kecamatan Ngablak, sumber data penelitian ini meliputi guru TK dan kepala sekolah TK dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan analisis dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan guru TK di kecamatan sebagian besar telah terpenuhi.Dengan jumlah TK 16, sebanyak sembilan TK atau 56,25% telah tercukupi. Sementara sekolah TK yang kekurangan guru TK berjumlah 7 atau 43,75%. Syarat kualifikasi pendidikan guru TK haruslah S1 PAUD atau sejenis. data, diperoleh syarat lain yang harus dipenuhi sebagai guru TK yaitu berkepribadian baik, cerdas, sayang pada anak kecil, ramah, sabar, ikhlas, kreatif, pejuang, telaten, jujur, kerja keras, serta tanggung jawab dan insentif. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemenuhan pendidik PAUD yaitu karena sulit mencari lulusan S1 yang bersedia menjadi pendidik PAUD dan rendahnya gaji. Upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya melakukan koordinasi dengan desa, PKK dan UPT agar adanya perhatian pada kebutuhan pendidik dan tunjangan untuk para pendidik.

Abstrack

The aim of this research was to identify the needs of the kindergarten teachers in Ngablak district, Magelang Regency. The research aim were also to found the adequacy of kindergarten teachers, the requisites that must full filled by kindergarten teachers and to found problems and the effort to full filled the needs of kindergarten teachers.The type of this research was descriptive research with quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Ngablak sub-district, the sources of this research were kindergarten teachers and the headmistress, used data collection technique which are interview and documentation. Used the analysis of Miles, Huberman and Saldana for data analysis, which were passed the stages of collection, condensation, testing and drawing conclusion. The result of this research showed that the needs of kindergarten teachers for the most part had been full filled. With the number of 16, as much as nine kindergartens or 56,29% had been full filled. While the amount of tue kindergartens that lack of teachers are seven kindergartens or 43,75%. The educational qualification to be kindergarten teacher must be bachelor degree or similar education in accordance with its fields.. Based on data, there were other qualifications that needed to be full filled as kindergarten teachers which were had good personality, smart, loves kids, friendly, patient, genuine, creative, combative, painstaking, honest, hard worker, also responsible and insensitive. The problem that encountered being kindergarten teacher were the difficulty to found bachelors that ready to be kindergarten teacher and the low paid. The efforts that made were to coordinate with village, Family Welfare Education and Technical Implementation Unit in the village in order to being concerned for the needs of the teachers and their fund allowance.
