IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENGUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SMKN 2 YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian  ini   berjudul “Implementasi Program  Penguatan                                  Pendidikan  Karakter                 di    SMK       Negeri  2

Yogyakarta”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Ketua Kompetensi Keahlian, pendidik dan peserta didik. Penentuan sumber data penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Cresswell. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMKN 2 Yogyakarta dilaksanakan melalui 1) Kegiatan intrakurikuler dengan mengintegrasikan nilai karakter kedalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan kegiatan Prakerin di DU/DI, 2) Kegiatan kokurikuler yang diwujudkan melalui pemberian jobsheet, tugas praktik, dan quiz, 3) kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diwujudkan melalui penyediaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang memuat nilai karakter, dan 4) kegiatan pengembangan diri yang mencakup kegiatan terprogram, rutin, spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian yang didalamnya memuat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter.

This study is entitled "Implementation Program for Strengthening Character Education at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta". This research supports to describe the implementation of character education improvement programs in SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. This research uses qualitative. Sources of data in this study published the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, Head of Competency Competence, educators and students. The determination of the data source of this research was carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection is done through collection, interview, and documentation. Data validity test uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study used Cresswell's data analysis. The results showed how the implementation of the character education strengthening program at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta was carried out through 1) Intracurricular activities by integrating character values in learning activities and Internship activities in the DU / DI, 2) Co-curricular activities carried out through the help of worksheets, practical assignments, and quizzes , 3) extracurricular activities that are realized through the provision of extracurricular activities that get character values, and 4) personal development activities that include programmed, routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities that involve it.
