PENINGKATAN KEMATANGAN KARIER MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK HOMEROOM SISWA KELAS X PEMASARAN SMK YPKK 2 SLEMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik homeroom pada siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Pemasaran SMK YPKK 2 Sleman. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X Pemasaran 15 siswa. Subjek penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive, dengan kriteria siswa yang masuk kategori rendah dan sedang pada hasil pre-test. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kematangan karier, observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tindakan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik homeroom dapat meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa. Dilihat dari hasil data kuantitatif rata-rata skor pre-test yaitu 132,5 dan meningkat sebanyak 19,7 poin atau 8,4% pada post-test I menjadi 152,2. Selanjutnya rata-rata skor siswa meningkat lagi sebesar 29,5 atau 19,4% sehingga didapatkan skor rata-rata pada post-test II sebesar 181,7. Seluruhnya peningkatan sebesar 49,2 atau 20,9%.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to improve the career maturity through the guidance service of homeroom technique group at class X students of Marketing Department at SMK YPKK 2 Sleman. This study is classroom action research with subjects of 15 Marketing Department students. The subject of this study was determined by purposive sampling technique, with criteria of low and medium category in pre-test score. The collection data were using career maturity scale, observation and interview. This study has 2 (two) cycles consisted of 3 (three) actions. The analyzing technique used the quantitative descriptive. The results presented that the guidance service of homeroom technique group could improve the students career maturity. The quantitative data results presented the average pre-test score is 132.5 and increased by 19.7 points or 8.4% on post-test I to 152.2. Furthermore, the average student score increased by 29.5 or 19.4%, the average score on post-test II was 181.7. Relatively, the score was increased by 49.2 or 20.9%.
