HUBUNGAN PARTISIPASI EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DENGAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SMP N 1 BANSARI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka, tingkat keterampilan sosial dan hubungan antara partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka dengan keterampilan sosial tim inti dewan penggalang SMP N 1 Bansari. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian 30 orang dan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasi, instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan skala sikap, jumlah butir item valid pada variabel partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka sejumlah 29 item dan variabel keterampilan sosial sejumlah 39 item hasil reliabilitas yaitu 0,963 pada variabel partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka dan 0,961 pada variabel keterampilan sosial. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi” sebesar 76,6 %. dan pada variabel keterampilan sosial berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi” sebesar 80%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif  antara partisipasi ekstrakurikuler pramuka dengan keterampilan sosial tim inti dewan penggalang SMP N 1 Bansari

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate the scout extracurricular participation level, social skill level and the correlation between scout extracurricular participation and social skills  of the core team of scout movement at Bansari junior high school. The researcher  selected 30 students as subject, and used quantitative correlation as a research method. The data collection instruments of this study used attitude scale.The result of validity revealed that 29 items of scout extracurricular participation variable and 39 items of social skill variable were valid. Moreover, the realibilty of this study used Alpha cronbach which was the result of scout extracurricular participation variable was 0,963 and social skill variable was 0,961. The requirements of data analysis test of this study used normality test, linearity test, homogenity test, while for the hypothesis testing the researcher used product moment as correlation analysis technique from Karl Pearson. The results showed  that a scout extracurricular participation was at the "very high" position with 76.6%. and  the social skills variable was  in the category of "very high" with  80%. The result of hypothesis testing showed  that there was a positive relationship between scout  extracurricular participation and social skill  of the core team of scout movement at junior high school of Bansari.
