IDENTIFIKASI KEMAMPUAN PENYESUAIAN DIRI SISWA MAGANG SMK NEGERI 2 DEPOK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa magang di perantauan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripstif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XIII Jurusan Geologi Pertambangan SMK Negeri 2 Depok tahun 2016/2017 sebanyak 63 siswa. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan skala kemampuan penyesuaian diri. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diukur dengan analisis Product Moment Pearson Correlation dan Alpha Cronbach’s didapatkan angka validitas berkisar antara 0.271-0.601 dan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0.852. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penyesuaian diri siswa magang jurusan geologi pertambangan SMK Negeri 2 Depok termasuk pada kategori sangat baik sebanyak 23 siswa (36.50%), kategori baik sebanyak 28 siswa (44.44%), kategori cukup baik sebanyak 10 siswa (10.88%) dan kategori kurang baik sebanyak 2 siswa (3.88%). Dengan demikian, siswa magang jurusan geologi pertambangan SMK Negeri 2 Depok tahun 2016/2017 sebagian besar mampu menyesuaikan diri di perantauan dengan baik.

Abstract
This research is purposed to identify the self-adaptation ability os apprentice students away from their home region. This was a quantitative-describtive study using the survey approach. The research population comprised all students of 4th grade students of Mining Geology Department of Public VHS 2 of Depok years 2016/2017 with total of 63 students. The data were collected by a scale for the self-daptation ability. The validity and reliability instrument were assessed by Product Moment Pearson Correlation and Alpha Cronbach’s. The validity score were between 0.271-0.601 and coefficient reliability of 0.852. The data analysist technique was describtive statistics. The result of this research showed that regarding the self-adaptation ability of apprentice students of 4th grade Mining Geology Department of Public VHS 2 of Depok, 23 students (36.50%) were very good, 28 students (44.44%) were good, 10 students (10.88%) were fair and 2 students (3.88%) were poor. Therefor, most apprentice students of 4th grade Mining Geology Department of Public VHS 2 of Depok in 2016/2017 were able to adapt themselves well when they were away from their home regions.
