PENGEMBANGAN BUKU PANDUAN PELAKSANAAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN GESTALT BAGI GURU BK SMP NEGERI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku panduan pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Gestalt bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Negeri Kota Yogyakarta yang berguna dan memenuhi standar kelayakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Proses penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan melalui 9 tahap, yaitu: tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, dua tahap uji coba, dan tiga tahap revisi. Validasi ahli meliputi 1 orang ahli materi dan 1 orang ahli media. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan kepada 5 orang guru BK sedangkan uji coba produk akhir dilakukan kepada 23 orang guru BK. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 28 guru BK SMP Negeri Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan Gestal dapat dikategorikan layak digunakan oleh Guru BK sebagai informasi dan pengetahuan proses konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan gestalt. Penilaian kelayakan buku panduan berdasarkan validasi materi dapat dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase 77%, sedangkan penilaian menurut ahli media dapat dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase 79,16%. Kemudian penilaian kualitas produk hasil uji coba lapangan utama yang dilakukan oleh 5 orang Guru BK dapat dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase 100% dan yang terakhir hasil penilaian berdasarkan uji coba lapangan operasional yang dilakukan oleh 23 orang Guru BK dapat dikategorikan “baik” dengan presentase 98,80%.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to produce a guidebook Implementation of group counseling using Gestalt approach for guidance and counseling teacher of junior high school in Yogyakarta city, that could be useful and fulfill the eligibility standards. This study used Research and Development (R & D) method. The proses of development research was conducted through nine stages: early research and information gathering stage, planning stage, early product development stage, validation expert stage, two testing stages, and three revisions stages.. Validation of experts covered 1 person of matterial expert and 1 person of media expert. Main field testing was conducted to 5 person of guidance and counseling teachers whereas the operasional field testing was conducted to 23 person of guidance and counseling teachers. The subject of this study were guidance and counseling teachers of junior high school in Yogyakarta city. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The result of the development research showed that guidebook implementation of group counseling with Gestal approach could be considered suitable and useful for guidance and counseling teachers as information and knowledge of group counseling process with gestalt approach. The eligibility assessment of guidebook based on validation of the material that could be categorized as "good" and it reached 77%, whereas according to media expert assessment that could be categorized as "good" and it reached 79.16%. Then the quality assessment products limited testing done by 5 person of guidance and counseling teachers that could be categorized as "good" and it reached 100% and the final results of the assessment based on testing of the final product was done by 23 people of guidance and counseling teachers could be categorized as "good" and it reached 98, 80%
