HUBUNGAN ANTARA INTENSITAS BERMAIN GAME ONLINE PUBG DENGAN PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA KELAS 11 SMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan antara Intensitas Bermain Game Online Playerunlnown's Battleground (PUBG) dengan Perilaku Agresif Siswa Kelas 11 SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sampling siswa kelas 11 SMA yang berjumlah 100 siswa.  Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan skala intensitas bermain game online PUBG dan skala perilaku agresif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis, dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara intensitas bermain game PUBG dengan perilaku agresif siswa kelas 11 SMA. Dilihat dari hasil uji korelasi product moment diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi 0,516 > rtabel 0,195 dan nilai (Sig) 0,000 ≤ 0,05.

Abstract

         This study aimed to determine the correlation between the intensity of playing the Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Games with the aggressive behavior of eleventh grade high school students. This research used a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The subjects of this research were the sampling of one hundred students of eleventh grade high school students. The data collection techniques used in this research were the intensity scale of playing PUBG online games and scale of aggressive behavior. The data analysis was done using descriptive analysis, analysis of prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS program. The result of this research showed that there was a positive correlation between the intensity of playing the Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) Games with the aggressive behavior of eleventh grade high school students. It could be seen from the result of the product-moment correlation test that showed where the correlation coefficient value was 0.516 > rtable 0.195 and significance value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
