PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK RESTRUKTURISASI KOGNITIF TERHADAP SELF-ESTEEM PADA SISWA SMP NEGERI 14 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik restrukturisasi terhadap self-esteem pada siswa SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode quasi experimental design dan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 160 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 6 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala self-esteem. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis uji paired sample t-test dan uji independent sample t-test dengan bantuan Software SPSS Version 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik restrukturisasi kognitif berpengaruh terhadap self-esteem. Terbukti dengan hasil selisih rata-rata skor pretest self-esteem sebelum mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik restrukturisasi kognitif dan sesudah mengikuti layanan sebesar 51. Dari hasil uji-t dengan derajat kebebasan df = 5 dengan taraf signifikan = 0,05 sebesar 2,015 karena thitung < ttabel (28,510 < 2,015).

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of restructuring technique group guidance on self-esteem in students of SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta. The research approach used was a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research using the quasi experimental design method and the research design was nonequivalent control group design. The study population was grade VII students of SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta. The study population was 160 students. The research sample consisted of 6 students using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a self-esteem scale. Data analysis was performed using paired sample t-test analysis and independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS Version 25 Software. The results showed that group guidance cognitive restructuring techniques had an effect on self-esteem. Evidenced by the difference in the average pretest self-esteem score before joining the cognitive restructuring technique group guidance service and after attending the service of 51. From the results of the t-test with degrees of freedom df = 5 with a significant level = 0.05 of 2.015 because tcount < t table (28,510 <2,015).
