HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN PENYESUAIAN SOSIAL PADA SISWA KELAS X DI SMK NEGERI 1 KALASAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan. (2) mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X di SMK N 1 Kalasan. (3) mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian sosial siswa kelas X di SMK N 1
Kalasan.
Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan dengan jumlah 90 siswa yang diambil secara proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri dan skala penyesuaian sosial. Untuk menguji validitas skala dengan menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi product moment.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan dengan koefisien korelasi 0,632, dimana semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri maka semakin tinggi pula penyesuaian sosialnya, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah kepercayaan diri maka semakin rendah pula penyesuaian sosialnya. (2) tingkat kepercayaan diri yang dimiliki siswa mayoritas dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase 60%. (3) tingkat penyesuaian sosial yang dimiliki siswa mayoritas dalam kategori sedang dengan presentase 66,7%.

This study aims to (1) determine the relationship between self confidence with social adjustment in class X in SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan. (2) determine the level of self confidence in class X in SMK N 1
Kalasan. (3) determine the level of social adjustment of students of class X in SMK N 1 Kalasan.
The approach in this study is a quantitative research approach to the type of correlation studies. The subjects were students of class X in SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan the number of 90 students were taken by proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. This research instrument using a scale of self confidence and social adjustment scale. To test the validity of the scale by using Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis techniques used to answer the research hypothesis is product moment correlation test.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive relationship between self confidence with social adjustment in class X in SMK Negeri 1 Kalasan with correlation coefficient 0.632, where the higher the self confidence, the higher the social adjustment, otherwise the lower the trust themselves will get low social adjustment. (2) the level of self confidence that the majority of the students in the medium category with a percentage of 60%. (3) the level of social adjustment of students held a majority in the medium category with a percentage of 66.7%.
