HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT KECEMASAN DENGAN KESIAPAN MENGHADAPI PENSIUN PADA GURU SD DI KECAMATAN SENTOLO KABUPATEN KULON PROGO TAHUN 2015-2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kecemasan dengan kesiapan menghadapi pensiun pada guru SD di Kecamatan Sentolo Kabupaten Kulon Progo tahun 2015-2016.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD yang akan pensiun pada periode 2015-2016 di Kecamatan Sentolo Kabupaten Kulon Progo dengan jumlah 16 orang, karena mengambil seluruh subjek yang ada sehingga penellitian ini di sebut penelitian populasi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecemasan dan skala kesiapan menghadapi pensiun. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 81% guru SD yang akan pensiun di Kecamatan Sentolo memiliki tingkat kesiapan sedang, dan sebesar 87,5% guru SD yang akan pensiun memiliki kecemasan menghadapi pensiun sedang. Ada hubungan yang positif antara tingkat kesiapan dengan kecemasan menghadapi pensiun pada guru SD di Kecamatan Sentolo dengan nilai korelasi 0,573. Hasil analisis korelasi mendukung perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,328 yang menunjukkan 32,8% kesiapan diakibatkan karena kecemasan menghadapi pensiun, selebihnya 77,2% disebabkan variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan yang dimiliki guru dalam menghadapi pensiun sedang sehingga kecemasan yang dimiliki guru dalam menghadapi pensiun dalam tingkat sedang pula.

This study aimed to describe know the relationship between the level of anxiety with retirement preparedness in elementary school teachers in the district Sentolo Kulon Progo Regency 2015-2016.Penelitian year is a quantitative study with correlation type. Subjects in this study were elementary school teachers who will be retiring in the period 2015-2016 in District Sentolo Kulon Progo Regency with the number 16, because it took the whole subject that is so this penellitian called populasi.Teknik research data collection using the anxiety scale and scale preparedness retirement. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that 81% of primary school teachers who will retire at the District Sentolo have a moderate level of readiness, and 87.5% of primary school teachers who will retire retirement'm anxious face. There is a positive relationship between the level of preparedness to face the anxiety retired elementary school teacher in District Sentolo with 0.573 correlation value. Results of correlation analysis to support the acquisition of the coefficient of determination of 0.328 which indicates 32.8% readiness to face the anxiety caused by retirement, the remaining 77.2% due to other variables that are not addressed in this study. Based peneitian results, we can conclude that the level of preparedness in the face of teachers have retired are so anxiety held by teachers in the face of retirement in the medium level anyway.
