EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU ASERTIF PADA SISWA SMP N 4 NGAGLIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa SMP N 4 Ngaglik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan purposive random sampling, dengan kriteria siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki perilaku asertif rendah sebanyak 8 siswa untuk kelompok eksperimen dan 8 siswa untuk kelompok kontrol. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala perilaku asertif, observasi dan wawancara. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik sosiodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil rata-rata tingkat perilaku asertif kelompok eksperimen pada pretest yaitu 168,0 menjadi 199,8 pada hasil rata-rata posttest. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,012<0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the sociodrama technique is effective to improve assertive behavior of SMP N 4 Ngaglik students. This research was quantitative study using quation experimental design with pretest posttest control group design. The research subjects were selected by purposive random sampling, with the criteria of grade VIII students who had low assertive behavior as many as 8 students for the experimental group and 8 students for the control group. Data retrieval is done using the scale of assertive behavior, observation and interviews. The data of this study were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that group guidance using sociodrama techniques is effective to improve assertive behavior. This is indicated by the average level of assertive behavior of the experimental group's result from 168.0 at the pretest to 199.8 at the posttest average. The results of hypothesis test using the Wilcoxon test obtained a significance value of 0,012 < 0,05 so the Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.
