PENGARUH SINKRETISME BUDAYA JAWA TERHADAP SELF FULFILLING PROPHECY REMAJA DI DUSUN SONO KULON

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh sinkretisme budaya Jawa terhadap self fulfilling prophecy remaja di Dusun Sono Kulon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 remaja. Untuk pengumpulan data digunakan 2 macam skala. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah validitas isi melalui uji ahli (expert judgement). Uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Cronbach’s, dengan koefisien reliabilitas skala sinkretisme budaya Jawa 0.930 dan skala self fulfilling prophecy remaja 0.911. Uji normalitas data menunjukkan kedua variabel memiliki distribusi normal, yaitu nilai signifikansi 0.928>0.05. Uji linearitas menunjukkan kedua variabel linear, yaitu dengan nilai signifikansi 0.026<0.05. Hasil uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa populasi penelitian berkategori homogen dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.242>0.05. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 for windows. Nilai koefisien regresi 0.236 dan nilai signifikansi 0.026 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh sinkretisme budaya Jawa terhadap self fulfilling prophecy remaja di Dusun Sono Kulon.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the influence of Javanese culture syncretism toward self fulfilling prophecy of adolescent in Sono Kulon village. Therefore, the kind of this research is correlation research. The population of the research is consist of 45 teenagers. There are two kind of scales as the tools of collecting datas. The research uses content validity through (expert judgement) to test the validity of instrument. For the reliability of the data, the researcher uses Croncbach’s Alpha technique for testing, with reliability coefficient of Javanese culture syncretism scale about 0.930 and adolescent’ self fulfilling prophecy scale about 0.911. Normality test shows that both of variables have normal distribution. Linearity test shows that both of variables are linear. Homogenity test results significance score about 0.242>0.05, which categorized as homogeneouos population. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with SPSS Version 16.00 for windows. Nevertheless, regression coefficients score about 0.236 and significance score about 0.026 shows the influence of Javanese culture syncretism toward self fulfilling prophecy of adolescent in Sono Kulon village
